Google has confirmed a major bug affecting offline conversion uploads in Google Ads.
Advertisers say a large part of their uploaded conversion data is missing from reports. This issue is now impacting campaign performance, results, and automated bidding.
The company has acknowledged the problem and says a fix is in progress.
The issue came to light when multiple advertisers noticed sudden drops in their reported conversions. Many said that only a small portion of their offline uploads were being processed.
