Method 1: Using iTunes.
Step #1: The prerequisites for this method are a system and the iTunes application installed on the system. So, make sure to be equipped with both of them before proceeding to the next step. You can download the iTunes application from the official website.

In order to see the extension of the file, you have to check on the checkbox corresponding to the “File name extensions” (in case of window 10 and 8) and if you are using Windows 7 then you will have to click on view tab and then uncheck the checkbox corresponding to the “Hide extensions for known file types” option.

Step #9: In this step, you have to rename the file extension. In order to do so, you are required to right click on the file and then click on the Rename option. After this, you need to change the extension “m4a” to “m4r”. You will be prompted to confirm your action. Just do it and move to the next step.
Step #10: You are now required to delete the segment file from the iTunes library but make sure to keep it safe in your system. After this, you will have to load the m4r file to the iTunes library. The steps are similar as in Step #3.
