How To Whiten Teeth In Photoshop
Step 1: First of all open the photo in Photoshop then click on the lasso tool on the right side as shown in the image below.
Step 2: Just trace around all the teeth’s using the Lasso tool. It’s a quick job; you don’t have to spend a lot of time on this. You need to click on a corner of the mouth from where the teeth started and then move the mouse to the next corner of the mouth. Continue until you cover the whole teeth.
Step 3: After your tracing is done, simply click on the Select button (Located on the top of the menu bar) and choose Refine Edge option from the drop-down list.
Step 4: Now a new window of refine Edge will open, let’s go ahead and featuring up a little bit (my suggestion is to keep it under 13.0 Px) and then hit enter.
Step 5: Now what do we do with this selection, well we are going to turn it into a layer mask and then put the layer mask on a group after that put layer inside of that group.
Step 6: Hit Control+G, this will create a new layer. Now click on the layer mask button(located at the right bottom of the screen), and the teeth selection you just made is going to turn into a layer mask.
Step 7: Now click on the adjustment layer button, and select the Hue/Saturation option from the drop-down list.
Step 8: Now a Hue/Saturation window will open, go ahead and tick the colorize option. Now drag the Hue level to 10 and saturation level 15 to 20 this will change the color of teeth.
Step 9: Now you need to take care of brightness, again click on the adjustment layer button and then choose the Curves option.
Step 10: On the new window of Curves, simply drag the straight line up. This will make whole teeth while we don’t want that.
Step 11: Now double click on Curves 1 (located on the left of the screen) a new window will open called Layer Style.
Step 12: Go to the underlying section and drag the little slider from right to left and place it between 8 to 10 and also drag the other slide right to left and place it between 220 to 230 after that hit OK.
Step 13: Because you placed all the adjustment layers inside the same group, you don’t have to keep the layer mask over and over again, you got one layer mass that works for all layers.
Step 14: Now click on the Rectangular Marquee Tool and mark all the teeth. Press Shift+Delete, a new window will open choose the white color, and hit OK as shown in the image below.
Step 15: Double click on layer 2 located at the right, go to the underlying layer section then drag the black slider from right to ending point 255 and also drag the other slide right to left and place it between 150 to 160 after that hit OK.
That’s it, save the photo now. This is the best teeth whitening photoshop method.
