If you are an account holder of either ICICI saving or current account, you can choose any method to pay credit card bills online.
Online payment of ICICI credit card through net banking is one of the easiest ways to pay your credit card bills. This is my favorite method to use.
To use net banking you need to login to your net banking account and have to follow the following steps.

With the phone in hand, you need not go anywhere to make your ICICI Credit Card payments. Pay your credit card payment online with ICICI mobile app.

With Click To Pay, you can now use the NetBanking facility of other bank accounts to pay your ICICI Bank Credit Card Bill. Payment will reflect in your ICICI Bank Card account within 3 working days.
For payments made through Click To Pay, you are requested to make the payment at least 3 days prior to the due date to avoid late payment charges.

With Click to Pay, you can now use your Debit Card to make your ICICI Bank Credit Card outstanding payment.

ICICI Bank customers can use the auto debit feature to pay the minimum amount due or the entire amount due directly from the ICICI Bank accounts.
You need to register for this service through Net Banking and receive a username and password from the 24/7 ICICI Customer Care.
Along with this, the mandate form also has to be submitted to the bank. After the registration has been completed, the auto-debit standing instructions will come into effect from the next due date of the credit card.
The payment for the credit card will be automatically made on the due date.

If you are not an ICICI account holder even then you want to pay ICICI credit card bill payment through online modes, you can go with any of the following options.
Other bank account holders can also use the NEFT transfer process to make payments for their credit cards. Payments done using NEFT will be credited to the card account in just one working day.
In order to avoid late payment charges, customers have to make payments at least a day before the due date.

This method is quick and secure to pay your credit card bills. Enjoy the convenience of transferring funds to any ICICI Visa Credit Card using the net banking facility provided by your bank.

Credit Card bill payments can be easily done at an ICICI Bank ATM across the country by customers. The outstanding amount available on an ICICI Bank credit card can be transferred from a savings account or a current account to the customer’s credit card account.
All you have to do is walk into any ICICI Bank ATM in India, at any time and transfer the bill amount from your Savings or Current Account to your Credit Card Account.
This service is available for 24/7 to ICICI Bank customers.
You need to follow the following steps to ICICI credit card payment through debit card..
Payments for ICICI Bank credit cards can be done by calling the 24/7 ICICI Bank credit card customer care. ICICI Bank’s personal banking number is 1860 120 7777. Customers have to follow the IVR instructions to make payments using their debit cards. The payment will be credited immediately.
You can pay your credit card bills by paying in cash at any one of the ICICI bank branches. A processing fee of Rs. 100 per payment will be charged by the bank when you pay your credit card bill.
For cash payments, you should make these at least 1 day prior to the due date to avoid late payment charges.
If you prefer to pay your credit card bills using cheques then you can do so in the same way as you would pay your credit card bills by paying cash.
You can also drop off the cheques mentioning your credit card number and amount at ICICI bank ATMs or bank where there are drop boxes for this purpose. The payment will get cleared within 3 working days.
ICICI bank customers can easily view their credit card statements using Net Banking by logging into their online banking accounts.
Through net banking, the customers have 24-hour access to their ICICI Bank credit card information and are up to date with the transactions. E-statements can also be got by credit cardholders once they have registered with ICICI Bank.
