If you are an account holder of either ICICI saving or current account, you can choose any method to pay credit card bills online.

#1. ICICI Bank Net Banking

Online payment of ICICI credit card through net banking is one of the easiest ways to pay your credit card bills. This is my favorite method to use.

To use net banking you need to login to your net banking account and have to follow the following steps.

How to pay using Netbanking

  • Go with the web address icicibank.com & you will find a login option on the right-hand side of the home page.
  • Move the mouse pointer over it & click on the personal option there at the top.

Login into internet banking by filling your user Id & password.

  • On the top, you will find Payments & Transfer. Under this you will find a number of options. Click on the Bill Payment option.
  • You will see a list of credit cards, you added into your ICICI net banking. Select the credit card.
  • Click on the ‘Pay’ button.

  • Fill all the required information like ICICI credit card account number, amount and click on the ‘Next’ button.
  • Confirm your payment. You have successfully pay your ICICI credit card payment online.

#2. ICICI Bank Mobile Application

With the phone in hand, you need not go anywhere to make your ICICI Credit Card payments. Pay your credit card payment online with ICICI mobile app.

How to pay using ICICI Mobile App

  • Install the ICICI bank app from Apple iOS, Android or app store and register using your user Id & Password.
  • You will see a number of options after login.
  • Choose ‘Cards & Forex’ option.

  • Click on the credit card option.
  • If you didn’t register the credit card with the mobile application then first register the credit card through ‘Link Credit Card option’.
  • You will get your latest bills amount & minimum balance paid.

  • Click on the ‘Pay Bill’ option.
  • In the form, choose one of the 3 payment options provided
  • Total amount due (TAD)
  • Minimum amount due (MAD) or
  • Other amount
  • Fill the account number you want to make payment & click the ‘Confirm’ button. You have successfully pay your ICICI credit card payment online.

#3. Click to Pay Using NetBanking

With Click To Pay, you can now use the NetBanking facility of other bank accounts to pay your ICICI Bank Credit Card Bill. Payment will reflect in your ICICI Bank Card account within 3 working days.

For payments made through Click To Pay, you are requested to make the payment at least 3 days prior to the due date to avoid late payment charges.

  • Provide your Credit Card details, card type, your ICICI Bank Credit Card number and the amount you would like to pay.

  • Confirm Payment by entering your authentication details
  • Your Debit Card account will get debited instantaneously.
  • You will receive a Transaction Reference Number on the successful completion of the transaction.

#5. AutoPay

ICICI Bank customers can use the auto debit feature to pay the minimum amount due or the entire amount due directly from the ICICI Bank accounts.

You need to register for this service through Net Banking and receive a username and password from the 24/7 ICICI Customer Care.

Along with this, the mandate form also has to be submitted to the bank. After the registration has been completed, the auto-debit standing instructions will come into effect from the next due date of the credit card.

The payment for the credit card will be automatically made on the due date.

#6. Scan and Pay Credit Card Bills Online

You can pay your ICICI Bank Credit Card outstanding payment through any UPI enabled banking app / BHIM app by scanning QR code. Here’s the step by step process

  • Step 1. Open this link – (CLICK TO PAY) and click on Proceed.
  • Step 2. Enter your Credit Card number twice and click on verify button.
  • Step 3. Check all the details.
  • Step 4. Enter the amount you want to pay.
  • Step 5. Click on Generate QR Code
  • Step 6. Login through any UPI app / BHIM App and scan the code.
  • Step 7. Proceed for payment in your UPI app.
  • Step 8. You will get success confirmation with the transaction number on your mobile screen.

ICICI Credit Card Payment Online- For Non-ICICI Account

If you are not an ICICI account holder even then you want to pay ICICI credit card bill payment through online modes, you can go with any of the following options.

#7. National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)

Other bank account holders can also use the NEFT transfer process to make payments for their credit cards. Payments done using NEFT will be credited to the card account in just one working day.

In order to avoid late payment charges, customers have to make payments at least a day before the due date.

How to register and pay using NEFT

  • Log in to the net banking facility of your bank. Add your ICICI credit Card as a beneficiary, under third party transfer.
  • Add the IFSC code ICIC0000103 for making ICICI Card payment.
  • Enter your 16-digit ICICI credit card number in place of the account number on the banking page.
  • Fill Bank name as ICICI CREDIT CARD – NEFT
  • Click the ‘Submit’ button to complete your registration process.

  • Login to the net banking facility of your bank account and go to “Fund Transfer” tab and, click “Transfer to Other Bank”.

 

  • Select account, beneficiary, and enter the relevant details.
  • Accept the Terms and Conditions and Re-check all the details.

#8. Visa Credit Card Pay

This method is quick and secure to pay your credit card bills. Enjoy the convenience of transferring funds to any ICICI Visa Credit Card using the net banking facility provided by your bank.

  • Log in to the net banking page of your bank with your user ID and password.
  • Go to the ‘Third Party Funds Transfer’ section and find the ICICI visa credit card payment link online.
  • Select ‘Visa Credit Card Pay’.
  • Fill in the sender and recipient details to initiate fund transfer.
  • After entering the details, click on ‘Confirm’ transaction.
  • Once you confirm the transaction, the amount will be debited from your account and the payment will be scheduled to your card.

4 Ways to Pay ICICI Credit Card Payment Offline

If you are still looking for the offline modes for paying your ICICI credit card bills, you can choose any option from the following 4 modes

#1. ATM Fund Transfer

Credit Card bill payments can be easily done at an ICICI Bank ATM across the country by customers. The outstanding amount available on an ICICI Bank credit card can be transferred from a savings account or a current account to the customer’s credit card account.

All you have to do is walk into any ICICI Bank ATM in India, at any time and transfer the bill amount from your Savings or Current Account to your Credit Card Account.

This service is available for 24/7 to ICICI Bank customers.

You need to follow the following steps to ICICI credit card payment through debit card..

  • Walk into the nearest ICICI ATM.
  • Insert your debit card into the ATM machine and press the services tab to find the ‘Bill Pay’ option.
  • Enter your ICICI Credit Card number and the amount to be paid.

#2. Call to Pay

Payments for ICICI Bank credit cards can be done by calling the 24/7 ICICI Bank credit card customer care. ICICI Bank’s personal banking number is 1860 120 7777. Customers have to follow the IVR instructions to make payments using their debit cards. The payment will be credited immediately.

#3. Cash

You can pay your credit card bills by paying in cash at any one of the ICICI bank branches. A processing fee of Rs. 100 per payment will be charged by the bank when you pay your credit card bill.

For cash payments, you should make these at least 1 day prior to the due date to avoid late payment charges.

#4. Cheque

If you prefer to pay your credit card bills using cheques then you can do so in the same way as you would pay your credit card bills by paying cash.

You can also drop off the cheques mentioning your credit card number and amount at ICICI bank ATMs or bank where there are drop boxes for this purpose. The payment will get cleared within 3 working days.

ICICI bank customers can easily view their credit card statements using Net Banking by logging into their online banking accounts.
