You have to login to contact customer service through email.
Click on the link and click on “Email us”.
Enter your registered mobile number and click on “Proceed”.
You’ll be asked to enter the SBI credit car PIN and OTP that you receive on your registered mobile number.
Once you entered the dashboard, click on “Compose” under “Mailbox” section from the left side panel.
Click on “select the category” and choose the required category from the drop down list.
Now select the sub category in the similar manner.
Write down the addtional information you want to provide and click on “Submit”.
You will get a revert back from the support team within 2 working days.
